Bob Bartz, IOM, President
President of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce since 1982, Bob is responsible for the overall administration of the Chamber. He works closely with the Executive Committee and Board of Directors in ensuring that the Chamber continues to improve and provide needed services to the community. Bob’s favorite quote is 'If not the Chamber, then who?' He has been recognized by his peers with the Florida Chamber Professional of the Year Award and has served the Chamber profession for 39 years. When not doing Chamber work, you’ll find Bob enjoying his three grandchildren - and he’s been known to spend a little time cheering on the Pirates, Rays, Lightning and USF Bulls.
Jacki Dezelski, IOM, Executive Vice President
Jacki spearheads the Chamber's involvement in healthcare, education, workforce development, Leadership Manatee, Manatee Young Professionals, communications, and the Manatee Chamber Foundation. She received her BFA and MBA degrees from the University of Florida and has been with the Chamber since 1996. Born a ’valley girl’ in California, Jacki has called Manatee County home since 1980 and hails from a long line of farmers who helped settle a little piece of the Michigan ’pinkie’ near Traverse City. Her dream professional sports moment would be to play at Wimbledon.
Jahna Allen, Vice President, Community Development
Jahna manages initiatives including Business/Education Partnerships, our three school-based volunteer programs: Project TEACH, Real Life 101, and The Big Bank Theory, the Leadership Manatee program, and the facilities at the Lakewood Ranch office at the McClure Center. Jahna recently celebrated her 10th year with the Chamber. A Florida native, Jahna is a huge baseball fan and avid runner.
Kim Dalglish, Vice President, Membership Development & Services
Kim is responsible for the recruitment and retention of Chamber members. She oversees the Chamber's numerous networking functions, golf tournament, business expos and special events. In addition, Kim is the supervisor of the Chamber's Better Business Council (BBC) and leads the Chamber Friends ambassador program. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Kim moved to Bradenton in 1999 during her 18-year career in the newspaper business, but still remains a fiercely-loyal Dallas Cowboys fan. Kim earned her BBA from Texas Tech University and MBA from Texas Christian University.
Michael Gallen Vice President, Public Policy & Small Business
Meet the Chamber Staff
Michael joined the Chamber in 2015. His division has three major focus areas: government affairs, small business and tourism development. Natural resources, downtown redevelopment, sustainable/green initiative, transportation, infill development and STARTUPS (a two-county transportation group) are current committees. Born and raised in Bradenton, Michael joined the Georgia Bulldog Nation while earning a Political Science Degree at the University of Georgia, and he received a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. He especially enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and watching the Dawgs on game day.
