Better Business Council

Mission Statement: “To strengthen public confidence in Manatee County area businesses through the promotion of high standards of business ethics.”

Established in 1975, The Manatee Chamber’s Better Business Council (BBC) receives no government or public funding and is 100% member supported. Membership in the BBC builds public confidence in businesses and helps to attract and retain customers. Aside from the many referrals the BBC provides, members also receive great exposure in the “Guide to Better Business”, a membership directory featuring local businesses dedicated to building and maintaining good customer relations. This important publication is published through the Bradenton Herald annually and contains useful consumer information. Members are encouraged to proudly display the BBC logo on all promotional material.
